2. The Competitions

2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s Android and Apple iOS applications, hereby known as the “Premier Predict App.”
2.2. All competitions are skill-based competitions. Entry tokens are required each time you enter a competition. You may enter as many times as you wish, provided you have available tokens.
2.3. To participate, each entrant (“Entrant”) must submit a match score prediction and a first goal time prediction for the selected game.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Competitions will run between the opening and closing dates specified on the Premier Predict App, referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date.”
3.2. If necessary, the Promoter reserves the right to change these dates, with updated details displayed in the app.
3.3. Entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date will be disqualified.
3.4. To enter:

• (a) Open the Premier Predict App and watch a reward ad to obtain tokens.

• (b) Choose your competition, select the home and away goals, and the first goal time. You may also select “No Goals” if predicting 0–0.

• (c) Submit your prediction.

• (d) Repeat this process as often as you wish with available tokens.

3.7. All entries must be submitted in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified.
3.9. Premier Predict is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries due to any technical malfunction.
3.10. By obtaining tokens and submitting a competition entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Eligibility

4.1. Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom, United States, and Australia, aged 18 or over, excluding:

• (a) Employees of Premier Predict;

• (b) Agents or suppliers professionally connected with the competition;

• (c) Immediate family or household members of the above.

4.2. Entrants must provide proof of eligibility upon request. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
4.3. Premier Predict will not accept:

• (a) Automatically generated entries, or

• (b) Incomplete submissions.

4.4. Premier Predict reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate fair play or show abusive behavior.

5. The Prize

5.1. Each prize is described on the Premier Predict App.
5.2. Prizes are subject to availability. Premier Predict reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value.
5.3. No warranties are made regarding the prize’s value or condition.
5.4. Prizes may be supplied by third-party vendors.
5.5. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

6. Winners

6.1. All decisions made by Premier Predict are final.
6.2. Winners are selected the next business day after the real-life match concludes.
6.3. Premier Predict will contact winners via email or phone. If unclaimed within 21 days, the prize will pass to an alternate winner.
6.4. Winner details (first name and town) may be published on the app for transparency.
6.5. If you wish to remain anonymous, contact us at contact@premier-predict.com before the competition closes.

7. Claiming the Prize

7.1. Prizes must be claimed personally.
7.2. If your contact details change, notify us immediately at contact@premier-predict.com.
7.3. Premier Predict is not liable for failure to claim prizes due to incorrect contact details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Premier Predict, its partners, or affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation, except where caused by negligence. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Data Protection and Publicity

9.1. By entering, you consent to the use of your personal information solely for competition administration and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Winners agree that their name and location may be used in promotional materials unless they request otherwise.
9.3. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting contact@premier-predict.com. Doing so may forfeit your eligibility.
9.4. Premier Predict complies fully with data protection laws (GDPR).
9.5. To have your data removed from our system, please email contact@premier-predict.com.

10. General

10.1. Premier Predict reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be available on the website or app.
10.2. Any breach of these terms may result in exclusion from the competition.
10.3. Premier Predict reserves the right to cancel or modify competitions in unforeseen circumstances.
10.4. Competitions are not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook or any third-party platforms.
10.5. These Terms are governed by English law, with jurisdiction under the courts of England and Wales.
10.6. Please keep a printed copy of these Terms for your records.
